Ideal for level 7 bases and lighter, the SoColor Blonde collection from Matrix is a permanent hair colour range that gives every hair strand a rich colour and protective nourishment. The Ultra-Light Blonde shades can only be mixed among themselves and should not be intermixed with other shades. They are formulated for high lift on light brown to dark blonde natural bases.
