How to use:

• Exfoliate skin 24 hours before use with the He-Shi Tan Remover & Primer
• Just before tanning, make sure your skin is clean, dry and that you have not used any moisturiser
• Pour a small amount of Dark Tanning Milk onto a He-Shi Tanning Mitt and glide over the skin, blending the lotion in circular movements.
• Shower off after 6-8 hours and moisturise daily to prolong your tan!
