Colors are fully intermixable for custom tones, or can be used on their own.

These are perfect to use for bleach and tone color services and can also be used for grey blending techniques.

Artistic Toners are progressive. Meaning the longer you leave the product on the hair, the deeper the color deposit will be.

How to Use:

In a non-metallic bowl mix 1:2 to 1:3 Artistic Toner with 5v (1.5%) Deluxe Cream Developer

Process 5 -10 minutes for softer deposit or 10-20 min for a deeper deposit
